GED Testing

BMCC is a certified GED testing site and offers computer-based tests via pearson VUE at our Hermiston and Pendleton locations by appointment only. Contact GED.com to schedule and pay for your GED test.

Registration

  • GED students must register in MyGED located on the GED.com website at least 24 hours in advance before being eligible to take a GED test. To register you must have a valid e-mail address. All fees must be paid prior to testing

  • Students between the ages of 16 and 18: In order to test, students must have their high school or local Education Service District (ESD) complete and return the GED Release of Compulsory Attendance form to Blue Mountain Community College. In addition, the student must have created their account in the MyGED site on the GED.com website.

Preparation

  • GED preparation classes prepare students for GED certification testing. A GED certificate equates to a high school diploma. At BMCC, GED preparation can include earning college credit.
