To access Canvas go to https://bluecc.instructure.com

Starting Fall 2021, Canvas now uses the same Username and Password as your Student WolfWeb Portal and Student E-mail. If you need assistance with your username or password, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 541-278-5827 or helpdesk@bluecc.edu.

WolfWeb Login Information [close]

Students with "Old" WolfWeb Accounts

  • Username- Your BMCC email (first initial, middle initial, full last name, last four (4) digits of your BMCC student ID @my.bluecc.edu   Example for Timber H. Wolf: thwolf0005@my.bluecc.edu        

*note, if you did not provide BMCC with your middle initial your BMCC email would also not include it- Example for Timber Wolf: twolf0005@my.bluecc.edu)

  • Password- same one you used for the old Wolfweb student portal.

New Students

  • Username: your new BMCC email (firstname.lastname@my.bluecc.edu)
  • First Time Default Password: provided in an email from BMCC. You will be asked update this at your first log in attempt.

Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble accessing the new Wolf Web you can create a  HelpDesk Ticket.

  • Click on the link above or the (it Help Desk) icon below
  • Once on the Help Desk website click the "New Ticket" button on the top right hand corner of the page.
  • Fill out your first/last name, contact email, select (Help Desk), and proceed to fill out the rest of the relevant information.

One of our Help Desk Staff will work with you to get you access and answer any questions.

All registered BMCC students are issued a my.bluecc.edu email address.

Existing & Returning Students

  • Log in at outlook.com/my.bluecc.edu
  • Email addresses will include your first initial, middle initial, full last name, last 4 digits of Student ID.
    • (Example - John Henry Doe, Student ID# 1234567 would be jhdoe4567@my.bluecc.edu)
  • If you do not recall your password you can use the password reset found at outlook.com/my.bluecc.edu.
  • If you still have issues accessing your my.bluecc.edu mailbox, please call 541-278-5827, and be sure you have your name, student id#, email address, and a contact phone number.

New Students

  • Log in at outlook.com/my.bluecc.edu
  • The email format is firstname.lastname@my.bluecc.edu. For students that have more than one name, the e-mail is firstname.lastname1lastname2@my.bluecc.edu
    • Example - John Doe, would be johndoe@my.bluecc.edu. 
    • Example - John Henry Doe, would be johnhenrydoe@my.bluecc.edu
  • You will receive your email password in the initial welcome e-mail from Blue Mountain Community College. You should be prompted to change it the first time you sign in. If you are not, you can change your password in Outlook by clicking your initials in the upper right-hand corner, selecting "View Account", and then selecting "Change Password" on the next screen.
  • When you first log in, you will get a screen that says "Additional Information is Required", and ask you to personalize your password. Your new password of 8-16 characters must contain at least three of the following criteria: Uppercase letter, lowercase letter, symbol, number. Please fill out the additional information fields and click 'Submit'. This will allow you to reset your password on your own in the future.
  • Should you forget your password you can use the password reset found at outlook.com/my.bluecc.edu.
  • If you still have issues accessing your my.bluecc.edu mailbox, please call 541-278-5827, and be sure you have your name, student id#, email address, and a contact phone number.
