BMCC serves three counties in northeastern Oregon—Baker, Morrow, and Umatilla—through its locations in Pendleton, Hermiston, Baker City, Milton-Freewater, and Boardman. BMCC also serves Union County through a Center Out of District (COD) in La Grande, and Grant County through a COD in John Day. In addition, BMCC provides selected on-site services to the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, as well as Small Business Development Center services in several eastern Oregon locations. BMCC uses distance education learning modalities to serve residents of the region as well as a small number of students from around the world.
